This is a good Austrian restaurant. You can find local and international dishes and all cooked with love. Good for lunch or dinner, good service and the best products

My partner and I took a gamble on this place for no other reason than it was conveniently situated about one hundred metres from our hotel and we needed to eat before going to a concert at the Palais Auersperg. We were seated upstairs and as it was quite early we were not too concerned to find only two other... More

Cozy and homely atmosphere. Portions were not so big but the dishes were very tasty. Beer was nice! The service was excellent!

Visited this restaurant, small and intimate dining room upstairs. Not the largest of menus or the cheapest but the food was excellent.

From the outside, this restaurant looked deserted and that nearly put us off altogether. But when we stepped off the street we were led up to a bustling upstairs dining room. It felt almost like stepping in to a 1920s tea room - there is nothing modern about this place. It was warm, inviting and felt like a distinctively Austrian... More

We had lunch at this beautiful restaurant and had a very pleasant experience. The interior is unique, intimate and traditional. I believe the daughter came out to take our order and the service we received was very thoughtful. Everything from the bread dip to the main dish was tasty and carefully prepared. Not a Michelin star meal but definitely the... More

We visit last week. It was rather empty but this was true of several of the restaurants we visited. It is a charming local restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices with friendly service. We would happily return so highly recommend.

Excellent service and food to match. The Weiner schnitzel and pumpkin soup both delicious. Wine list large and varied.

We had dinner here early one evening before attending a concert. The restaurant was pretty empty and therefore lacking in atmosphere. Service was excellent and the food was of a good quality although not completely outstanding. Not over-pricey, so offering pretty good value for money. The sausage dish I chose was rather bland and I wouldn't choose this again.

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins.
