4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stopped in here one evening for a few small plates (basically appetizers) and drinks. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, service was the best we had had all week and the prices were as expected for Reykjavik.

Visited on our first night in Iceland, great choice and food was very enjoyable! My husband had chorizo risotto and I had a burger, only criticism is that they were both saltier than we would have liked (think salt is used quite liberally in Iceland generally!!)

First day in Reyk....while hungry and trying to battle the monumental storm on our first day in iceland we were scrolling through the endless reviews and lonely planet to advice only to find an establishment for lunch. Our browsing took us to a highly rated restaurant/ cafe called laundromat - after our very uninspiring first impression we decided the dirty... More

We arrived without a booking but were fortunate to get a table in this laid back restaurant. It was nicely lit and decorated and well patronised. Staff were quick and efficient and the food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!

Everthing in Iceland is expensive compared to UK but if you can forget the prices this is a great central venue. It is busy though so get there early 6 ish or book ahead. Friendly staff and English is spoken everywhere we went in Reykjavik. We had lovely starters and enjoyed our mains ( Total cost Kr 19,884 = approx... More

Hubby and I were very tired by the time we landed here, but it was a great find and prices in this restaurant, close to the city centre, were no different to other areas of Reykjavik. The service was great, the decor was nice and we had a lovely table for two looking out over the square from where we... More

First called in for happy hour for a couple of beers. Young group serving and welcome was ok albeit not friendliest that had. Decided to eat on look of food and have to say a true wow. Interesting use of ingredients for textures and lighting TVs of flavour. Disappointment that parsnip barely cooked but overlooked that for the superb cooking... More

Went here a couple of times during our stay. Food lovely and especially enjoyed the risotto. So good I had it twice. Would recommend to visit whilst in the city.

I ate at Uno's twice for dinner and both times the food was excellent. Out of the 8 of us everyone enjoyed their meals too.
