One of the genuine gems in the rows of little food and drink shacks in the Old Harbour area. Haitian coffee beans are freshly roasted along with other varieties, accompanying hearty breakfasts and light bites in a colourful and cheerful atmosphere. If the weather permits,...More

Friendly, clean cafe, great choice of cakes and drinks at usual Icelandic prices... 500ISK cup of coffee, 600-1200ISK for cakes. Worth a visit if in harbour area. Do savory meals too which looked good but didn't sample

Cute little cafe owned by a Haitian woman. Very nice ambiance. Good for coffee and sweets. I also had a chicken & cheese wrap with a spicy sauce that was very good. I’d love to try breakfast here since so many reviews mention it.

We stumbled upon this little cafe by the harbour, small and quirky inside. We ordered fish soup and chicken sandwich. Fish soup was amazing! It’s a must!

Tucked away down by the harbour, but a really good breakfast at a very reasonable price (about half what we paid in the hotel and so much better in taste!). Would have used it everyday had we found it sooner!

I did not eat here, but stumbled through on my way toward Sea Baron, which is just next door. The staff were friendly toward us in our error of placement, and the entire place smelled like heaven. We hoped to get back for dessert, as...More

Description
Cafe Haiti is by Reykjavik's Old harbor. We buy our coffee from farmers in Haiti. We roast the coffee in the shop and serve quality coffee as espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, latte, Arabic and Turkish coffee as well as tea and hot chocolate. Soups, cake´s and croissants as well as our fumes breakfast so if you are coming from the flight in the morning the stop and see us for breakfast and we also have good lunch and sandwiches. We also have food to go if you are going on the whale watching.
