Been many times, coz the Chinese-etc. run "sushi" buffets u find in every corner are just pure mingin :C Short & simple, best sushi in Helsinki you can find (some my contest that the authentic Japanese do better..), served with copious amounts of smile in all their locations. AND with stunning, fresh & crisp wines + beer from their sister... More

Sushi tasted good, but it wasn't mindblowing or the perfect I've eaten but still really good! Nice selection of different types of sushi. Prices are okay. We got the food quite fast but they forgot the appetizers so when they served that after the main course they didn't charge anything of it. I could visit again.

This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Helsinki. I eat here a lot and the quality has always been very good. My favorites that I don't get elsewhere in Helsinki would be: prawn mousse maki roll (with tiger prawn, chili aioli and avocado mousse) korneri maki roll (with slightly grilled salmon), salmon shake with fennel and yuzu-ponzu vinaigrette... If you want to try excellent sushi in Helsinki this is the place to go! Beware, it's a small place so you might have to wait for a table if you just walk in. Nice wine collection, nothing special. Fish is well prepared and I assume it's fresh too, but who knows. Quality rice. Recommended to us by friends.

We passed this small cafe and saw how well the sushi was presented so had to go back for lunch. It's small, so be prepared to wait for a table - didn't take more than 10 mins. The lunch menu was perfect because you could choose little bits of things and then share. The miso soup was wicked! They even... More

The best bet are the non-traditional signature sushi fusion dishes, such as the salmon & mozzarella or blueberry whitefish nigiris and salmon & jalapeno maki. On the design district and the interior is definately worth it. As others have noted, on the pricey side. Good wine selection and delicious umeshu.

This place is often crowdy. Is it because the food is good, nice place, good service? Yes and no. Sushis are beautifully prepared and served, good service in general & good quality, but prices are expensive (maybe too much), portions could be bigger, especially for the sashimi (8 pces could be perfect) Wakame salad €4.30, Helsinki light grilled sashimi 9.80... The portions of the sushi that my hubby and I ordered during lunch was pathetically small. Both of us were still hungry after our meal. The quality of the raw fish was not even worth mentioning. The decor was modern and minimalist. Still, I would not go back there ever again. One thing I noticed about dining in Japanese restaurants... More
