This is not one of those fancy high-end Russian joints you find downtown. Rather they serve honest home cooking, Ukrainian cuisine I understand. Also the decor and prices are no-nonsense.

Käytiin maistamassa pelmeneitä, lättyjä ja pirozkeja. Hyviä makuja, isot annokset. Mukavan retro tunnelma, jukeboksi ja kaikkea. If you want pelmenis or some good russian food, Pelmenit is the right place!
Authentic russian basic food, no fuss! very friendly and true to the feeling. Try the pelmeni they are the classic of the place as the name shows. But also other dishes are good, like filled paprikas.
