One of Jimmy's Swedish colleagues said that if we could only visit one place while in Stockholm, it should be Fem Små Hus. So we made reservations for a Saturday night at 8:45 (the day before). We got into the area sooner than we expected,...More

Very good Swedish menu. Nice ambience, although it felt a little cramped. Basic error made in bringing food meant that we had to wait a long while for our main meal, so did receive a free desert. The food is good but not special.

Quirky in a good way with multiple dining areas and a great menu. We started with a platter of mixed smorgasbord of herring, prawns, beef tartare, carpaccio and more. I could have eaten that all night, but I moved onto a main course of reindeer...More

The food was above average, but nothing really special - good value for money in this price range. However, what really stood out to me was the poor service. My wife had received a dessert with some mold on her raspberries. This by itself was...More

Our visit started with a nice welcoming from the bartender upstairs. We were a party of 12 and had preordered a menu. The waiters dished out the food very quickly and without finesse. The food was ok but considering the high prices, you would expect...More

We come here from time to time with business guests, where people are often taken by the styling and heritage that Fem Små Hus has to offer. If you are looking for finer dining, this would be my first choice in Stockholm. The menu is...More

We happened upon this place while walking around Gamla Stan and had a fabulous traditional Swedish lunch. Set in a quaint old building with a library feel, we enjoyed a fantastic traditional veal dish with lingonberries, peas and potatoes. Our waiter was really helpful with...More

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)

Five Small Houses you will find in the heart of Old Town, just off St. George and the Dragon. You are welcomed into a superb restaurant, which is made up of nine beautiful arches. These extend over five house, hence the name of the restaurant. There is also a modern conference room and lounges that are often used as function rooms On the menu you can always find dishes like herring, cured salmon, fillet of reindeer and a cloudberry dessert. Our parade course fillet´t of veal Anna Lindberg, it is served with morel sauce and potato gratin. It is also possible to organize wine tastings as related to conferences or as completely separate events.
