Wedding anniversary- booked a table and asked for romantic table. English waiter greeted us but blocked the way to the restaurant. Took our clothes and then stood in our way again so we went towards the rest rooms whereupon he smirkingly noted we were going the wrong way. Ushered to table where he backed the chair for my wife who... More

An amazing restaurant in a lovely environment. Its a special occasion restaurant, we were there for a birthday celebration. As soon as you walk through the door you are taken care of. The elegant gold walls as you enter the dining area are Lovely. There isn't any music and that's OK, it adds the feeling of this unique feeling that's... More

Ok, we are in Sweden were most people speak Swedish. At this restaurant the employees speak English, even to Swedish speaking people. Is it suppose to be cool? Some of the waiters were Swedish. Personally I just find it snobbish and out of place. All menus are "surprise" menus. One can choose between 3 or 5 dishes. We opted for... More

We were excited and impressed throughout the meal. Interesting food and very good service. Towards the end of the meal, we talked about coming back again in a month, when we presumed the menu would have changed. The restaurant's concept is to let you guess, refusing to discuss the food or identify the wines. While each course, and glass, went... More

I went here with pretty high expectations as I have heard a lot about it and read several reviews. Unfortunately I got disappointed due to several things. I'm open for new experiences and different ways of doing things but I was surprised of how a Michelin star restaurant chose to present their food - not at all. Directly when you... More

From the moment you step in to Bloom in the park everything is thought through. From the concept of the secret menu to the hidden doors to the kitchen and closet. The menu was in perfect harmony with the wine package. The waiters gave a warm first class experience.

For a romantic dinner, the choice of Bloom in the park seemed the perfect match. Once getting in terms with the concept of this Michelin restaurant the experience was not exceptional but somewhat interesting. The five course set menu didn't include big surprise but all together good mixture of well known craftsmanship and honesty. We both had trouble recognising the... More

From the welcome glass of exquisite champagne discretely served upon arrival to the informal "debriefing" after the last dish by our passionate waiter - this is by far the most complete and well balanced dining experience I have had in a long while. Each course was accompanied by perfectly matched wines that enriched the experience and added to the flavours... More

We had dinner at this place knowing beforehand that we were not told what we were eating or drinking. That was thrilling and we learnt that tasting and identifying ingredients is more than difficult (like snooker). However we had a great and thrilling experience. The dishes were presented in a nice way by competent staff. The wines were spot on,... More

The restaurant is in a park, on the edge of a lake. On arrival we had a drink on the decking beside the lake, then went in to our table. We visited with colleagues and had the taster menu with wine. This was my first Michelin-starred restaurant visit and as I'm no foodie, I was a little concerned that I might... More
