Very cozy space, nice wines, good food, fresh beers. The place is very small but you feel you have enough space to enjoy your stay. I liked a dish with duck, rice and vegetables.

This was recommended in our guide book under cheap eats (a relative term in Copenhagen!) and was very near our hotel in Norrebro. Relaxed atmosphere and really good curry, full of chicken and vegetables - absolutely delicious and very good value.

Best curry I've had in a long time. We were staying in Copenhagen for 3 nights and end up coming here for 2 of those nights! Relaxed and informal dining. Staff were friendly and efficient but a little understaffed for such a busy place

First we waited in front of a rather messy table, the second time the waitress came by I asked if we could get the menu and she cleaned the table. That was after sitting there for roughly 10min. After another 15 minutes no waitress was...More

I’ve in the recent couple of months visited this place three times and every time it has been a surprisingly positive experience. The dishes I’ve chosen are more in the direction of Indian spicy food style and to be honest I think that Kate’s Joint...More

Stumbled on this cozy little place in Copenhagen. Nothing fancy, but simple and cozy. Ordered a salat and Malay Style Curry which both were good and tasty. Fast and friendly service. Will visit again when I’m in the area.

We stepped into Kates Joint escaping a freezing evening, were met by welcoming staff and the smell of home cooking. The street facade is very subtle nothing like the buzzing vibes inside. Seated among a group of others by these long curvey tables and benches...More

Home style cooking - influenced by Indian/Arabian/Malay flavours, additionally serving up a good selection vegetarian/vegan options. Fits most budgets. Curries, stews, stir -fries, snacks and salads. We also love cooking and eating vegetarian/vegan food ourselves which is reflected in our menu. There will always be a 5-7 dishes to choose from if you are vegetarian or vegan. A lot of our dishes are in their origin gluten and dairy free. Good choice of organic beers, sodas, juices and natural/organic wines. Our selection of top wines and beers are very reasonably priced, so you are welcome to pop in just for a drink & snack if you like. We offer take away, delivery, catering, private party bookings and for any special requests - drop as an email!
