Puk is one of the oldest restaurants in Downtown Copenhagen, but it is still more than alive !!! If you want some traditional danish food in the high end - go there. Many tourists think Noma is the place for Scandinavian food, but if you...More

One of the oldest restaurants in Copenhagen (think dated back to 1530-ties). Old fashioned style open faced sandwiches. The portions are a bit on the small (ish) side, but tastes good. Beer and snaps on the expensive side.

Superb meal with incredible service in one of the most friendly restaurants I've ever been in. Our waiter accommodated our friend who didn't eat meat with ease and humour and the locals treated us to songs as they downed their schnapps. Thoroughly recommended for an...More

A real find, in that this restaurant doesn't seem to feature in the usual Top 10/20 listings and as such isn't full of tourists. That said, there were a fair few tourists there when we went, and we did book (probably a good idea), but...More

We had a lovely meal at Restaurant Puk. Our waiter was friendly and we all enjoyed our meal. I had the tenderloin on the oak board which my waiter recommended. My husband had the rib-eye and the kids all enjoyed their meals as well.

To be fair we didn't have the multi course set menu with all of the traditional dishes but the table next to us did and they seemed to love it. We ordered from the al a carte menu and found it to be delicious. The...More

Restaurant PUK is a classic and historic Danish restaurant in the very heart of Copenhagen. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Copenhagen with a history dating back to 1750. Here came the Danish King Christian VII along with his mistress in the late 19th century when they were in town together. You can enjoy all the traditional Danish courses crafted with a blend of respect for tradition and a pride in the art of cooking and the best products from Danish farmers.
