We were a group of 5 - all Danes. Service was warm & welcoming, but things got slower as the restaurant filled up. We did notice the table next to us was taken by a tour group, which probably accounts for the high prices. Our...More

This was delicious!! We came here during tour with Copenhagen Fairy Tales and the open faced sandwiches were the best we had while in Copenhagen. They were closed on Sunday, so make sure you get there while you can!

The price is typical for Copenhagen, so our reaction is not their fault. Other than the price, everything was great. Super friendly and attentive service. Fresh and tasty Smörgåsbord dishes. Highly recommend the smoked salmon!

We chose this restaurant because of it's large selection of vegetarian and fish-focused Smørrebrød (we don't eat meat). We were visiting from the US and wanted to try what was considered a Danish staple We were blown away. I still dream of the fish Smørrebrød...More

If not recommended to us we would have walked past this place. Small basement restaurant full of locals eating authentic Danish food. Great food and friendly service. Just shows to avoid the the famous and we'll rated restaurants and ask where the locals go.

consists of three buildings, two of which are new and
