We met a lovely lady from this restaurant at the local produce store and she recommended some dishes for us to try.. her homemade tuna salad, Greek salad with local cheese and sea fennel, fried calamari and grilled fish. All were exceptional and would equal the best meals we have had in greece over the last 3 weeks. Highly recommended.

Simple but tasty, in the middle of the main square in the Chora, just across the windmills. You can eat both fish and meat, and they offer a variety of starters, like the stuffed wine leaves, which were very delicious. Service is basic, prices are good. Great place for a simple dinner.

Enjoyed many meals at Ageri which is situated in the main town square. The beef and lemon were particularly good, as were the meatballs. Friendly traditional Taverna.

Nice, vivid location but the food is so average. Frequented by locals, very reasonably priced. We were disappointed because we didn't get what we were expecting, some fantasy in their cooking...

We went twice in 4 nights. Traditional, cheap and good food. Young man who served us on both occasions was great, hard working and friendly. The place is always busy!

We have been there every night! The tuna salade, Stuffed wine leaves, fishes, and lobsters are just unforgetable and at very reasonable price.

This is a local tavern which is very popular. We went three times. On each occasion the food was good but the service only OK. There are not enough staff to cope with the number of customers. Twice all the dishes ordered arrived at the same time. On one visit it was extremely windy with no inside tables and the... More

We decided to visit this place after reading the review from trip advisor. The place is nothing fancy, but then again it's not bad. It is located on the center square of the old town and it is pretty easy to find it. They don't have many tables outside so if you decide to eat there, you should hurry and... More

Right in the middle of the square, along side other eateries. We dined here and had a beautiful meal. Service was attentive and the chef again came out and explained the special on offer. Fresh bread and Greek salad is always a winner with a local special main meal.

This taverna style restaurant is in the centre of Chora, opposite the windmills, and is a very popular place with visitors and locals alike, which is always a good sign. We dined there several times, at night mainly, and also had our Easter Sunday feast there.....the staff are friendly and the menu is varied, with the emphasis on locally grown... More
