A charming place for seafood and Greek food in the middle of the beach. Only offers lunch. We loved it but if you are going to go try to arrive early, around 12 because we arrived at 12:40 and there was already a huge line waiting for the 1pm shift when they open. The lines are long and moving but the owner or administrator (I don't know) is very friendly and gives you wine while you wait. There is a beautiful beach to swim in but if you leave it won't save your spot. Giant prawns with very good flavor, the salads at the bar are very good; They serve only 2 portions and sadly per plate that costs EUR12 and they are too good. I ordered the octopus rice and lentils with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes in salads, I really liked them. We also ordered octopus and sea bass fillet, very good, fresh. One of the best meals we tried in Greece and the outdoor beach atmosphere gives it a very special touch.
And the lentils with

I have nothing to add to what I read in the positive reviews. The only problem is that they open at 12.30 but you have to queue as early as 11.45/12, if you want to eat on the “first lap”. I confirm that the portions are very plentiful. Just to get an idea of the prices: they immediately bring homemade bread to pucciare in local oil. We order two salads consisting of potatoes, yogurt and parsley, olives, lentils, chickpeas, dried tomatoes, onions, abundant, as a second course tentacles of grilled octopus and always grilled squid. Two local beers, water, two coffees, 102.00 euros.... deserved, also for the beautiful and exclusive view of the beach below.
Staff and owner, all very very kind

Tavern recommended by friends. You cannot book but you have to go on site and queue to wait your turn to enter. While waiting, the owner, very kind, offers glasses of water and wine and remembers perfectly the order of arrival of the guests.
After about an hour of waiting (we arrived at 2.30pm and entered at 3.30pm) we sit on the terrace with a spectacular view of a cove.
Very good typical food: grilled meat and fish, numerous typical and/or daily salads.
Bread (you pay €2), a large natural water, an appetizer, Greek salad, chicken fillet for a total of €48.
When paying, the waiters ask if you want to add a tip.

First of all, the restaurant seriously fails from an organizational point of view. It is not possible that there is no number and you have to rely on the memory of a gentleman to understand who is ahead of whom. Very long waits: yes while you wait he offers you some wine but if you wait 1.30/2 hours there is no wine that matters. And you can't go and take a bath while waiting for your turn... oh no! You have to wait out there in the sun. It would be enough to give a number and the problem would be solved but they don't get there. The characteristic thing is that this is the only restaurant in Mykonos without electricity...although I wonder about the base of the POS and how they charge cell phones but oh well and then the fact that it is panoramic on a splendid beach...it's a shame that the stations overviews are 2 or 3 at most and this makes it unlikely that you will end up right there. As soon as we enter we are invited to enter a sort of kitchen where there are mixed salads and to choose which one we prefer. Then we opted for grilled octopus (tasteless) and grilled squid (decent). Note that the thousand asterisks on the menu refer to frozen fish. Really high prices. An octopus tentacle will cost you 30 euros. The squid a little less. The mappazzone they call salads 12 euros. Final evaluation: if I have to wait 2 hours in the sun to spend a fortune in a place that isn't even scenic to be teased with defrosted food, I'd rather stay at home

The restaurant is located in a small secluded bay, where the view alone amply repays every expectation. This family tavern offers lunch service only, starting at 12.30, without reservation: those who arrive first, sit down. The products are excellent, with excellent value for money and prices below the Mykonos average. The fish is fresh and is freshly prepared on the grill, with the possibility of also enjoying excellent grilled meat. The dishes are hearty and rich in flavor. The owner is a very pleasant person, sunny and welcoming, who in addition to making you taste his delicious products, also offers useful advice on the island.
If you are looking for an authentic experience and a warm welcome, this restaurant is a must during your stay in mykonos

Came to this restaurant for lunch, recommended by our hotel's concierge. Great little place. They open at 12:30 pm and by the time we arrived, just past the opening hour, it was already full. Everything was delicious, the anchovies, the salads from the salad bar, the sword fish, it was all very tasty. The restaurant is located on the side of a hill overlooking the water from the north side of the island, so the view while you eat is beautiful. Perfect spot for traditional Greek food. Everyone that works there is very attentive and the service is great.

Tavern with an enchanting view and with excellent reviews.
However, my opinion is not among the best and I will explain why.
To be able to sit at the table you have to be in front of the door at 12/12.15, otherwise you'll have to queue for an hour if that suits you, but you have to take this into account, with the expectations stated, it can be taken into account.
The dishes, several frozen, (I took grilled octopus) are good, nothing to complain about, but average with many other taverns on the island.
The cost is medium-high and, as soon as you finish the dish, they already urge you, as if to say "get a move on".
Be careful with the tip, if you pay by card and maybe you don't understand how it works and you get the percentage wrong, you risk leaving unwanted sums, as happened to some kids sitting next to you who left €24 unknowingly.
The half of wine at €9, served in a small metal jug is not 1/2 liter, but something less, tested with a 0.50 bottle of water and once the jug was filled, there was 2 left in the bottle /3 inches of water...and this was the thing that annoyed me the most.
On the other hand, the place is really lovely, but I wouldn't go back!

This restaurant is very special. Located in isolation on the beach of Agios Sostis, this place always has a queue. And this queue is picturesque. The owner of the restaurant decorates the position of each customer and offers wine during this waiting. The dishes are made of sea grilled on time. The accompaniments can be from the famous Greek salad to various other options that are exposed inside the restaurant. The highlight is for the duck. Definitely the biggest duck tentakel I've ever eaten, besides being super delicious. And the view of the sea is beyond special. Ideal restaurant in Miconos.

We recommended a girl from Rome who has the house here, to go and take her place around 12, otherwise even after but expects more. A big man with a great memory holds the line and marks the seats. Ordered a salad two flavors really good, great bread and tzatziki sauce, grilled fish that is a tentacle of octopus and a squid tender and really tasty, price not cheap but correct with a nice view of the sea, we were lucky with the tables. All very kind indeed! Thank you!

The most pleasant thing was the location on the sea and the fast and very welcoming staff but the cuisine could improve and offer truly traditional dishes. Not the salads of the day. Good fish Maybe you shouldn't go in August and certainly the wait isn't justified but congratulations to the owner and all the guys...including the chefs...who manage to welcome so many people

Unmissable address in Mykonos , typical tavern in a superb setting with a very nice little beach below ( unfortunately quickly full.
Efficient organization , even if it seems empirical , you have to wait until 12:30 outside the restaurant and incredible thing the boss makes customers enter 1 by one in their order of arrival without mistake. It is better to arrive early for the first service ( I would advise a little before 12 noon .
Once you have settled in, you can opt for a buffet of vegetables and various starters (fresh produce and homemade preparation ) and then you have the dishes with especially grilled meats and fish . Portions are often colossal...
Several services are provided , we were at the first service , after our meal we went swimming and going up there were still people waiting ...

So happy we were recommended to come here! After two very disappointing restaurant experiences in mykonos this was totally outstanding in all ways.... The most Amazing service, perfect location & the food couldn't have been any better, we enjoyed the artichoke salad/beetroot & apple salad /marinated octopus (devine) amd the grilled chicken which was fall apart tender with the perfect char👌
It's well worth the effort to go to Kiki's 😁

Wonderful restaurant. We waited in line for about 40 minutes, we were greeted by the owner, who is a great character. The queue system is very particular, the restaurant owner simply says “you are after those over there…”, without writing down our names. But it works and everything is fine! Those waiting in line will be served a glass of rosé wine. A delight! We were lucky enough to be taken to a table with a beautiful view of the beach. I ordered a swordfish fillet and my fiance ordered prawns. There is only one dessert option (chocolate cake with whipped cream), which is delicious. I regret not ordering the octopus as a starter. The prices are great, for Mykonos standards. Excellent restaurant for those looking for quality and a good price, on a beautiful beach, far from the beach clubs. Great service.

The best place to eat in Mykonos. The homemade food, the very friendly waiters (some spoke in Spanish or tried to), the price, for Mykonos which is very expensive, is not excessive. I missed the hospitality that is so deeply rooted among the Greeks and that I have not seen on the islands. They don't take reservations and they have a lot of demand, so you have to be there at 12:30 or earlier to get a table, but it's worth it. Recommendable.

Unmissable place in Mykonos. Be careful you will have to allow a minimum of 1 hour of queue to eat. A super gentleman will greet you at the entrance and make you wait on the side with glasses of wine offered for waiting. But really the wait is worth it.
