We stopped here after touring the ruins of Delphi. The food was delicious and we had an amazing view from our table. This was one of the best restaurants I went to in Greece. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner here.

Had one evening in Delphi. It was a rainy, gray day, so we were in the mood for a warming meal. This place delivered! Started with the Erohas merlot- great full bodied merlot. My brother had a flavorful Odyssey red ale, the best beer we've found in Greece. Highly, highly recommend the Frumenty pie with zucchini and feta--our whole table... More

After touring Delphi on a chilly, wet day, having a meal at Vakhos was a warm, comforting experience. We had beef stew, bean soup and, of course, cheese pie. Excellent traditional cooking. Loved it!

This is one of the restaurants that is suggested by Rick Steves when visiting Delphi. The Greek salad is delicious, but the dish that was amazing was the baked eggplant with tomatoes and the stuffed tomatoes. The view from the back balcony was absolutely breathtaking. You can see all the way down the mountains. They also served ice with the... More

We tried so many dishes (the mixed grill, the croquettes, the cheese, the coffee, the salads, the desserts) and all of it was absolutely exquisite! He atmosphere is wonderful and the view is so beautiful it really can't be described. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who is visiting Delphi; you will not be disappointed!

This is a family run restaurant by two brothers and their mother (sometimes their father) who value their customers as they would their family. I had the lamb and my wife had the moussaka which were both excellent. The desert we chose was the home made baklava which was perfect along with Greek coffee and the Restruant orange lacquer. Two... We arrived in Delphi with a larger tour but opted out of the lunch option to find our own. We essentially stumbled upon the Taverna and were super happy with our decision. The house wine was cheap but excellent and the food was very good. The entire place had a family feel which made us feel extremely welcome. Also the... More

In middle of village, this popular taverna served Greek cuisine with elan. We enjoyed our salads, chicken & ranbir stew, house wine was good so was on house desert Baclava, not to be missed. They have a kids corner with tous, kid with us was very happy, they also graciously served fresh cherries which probably was a decor, but our... More

I don't know where to begin. After seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor and Lonely Planet, I expected a pretty good meal. I got nothing close. The formaela cheese was small, not worthy of its own dish, and expensive. The zucchini/feta pie (might have been spinach, can't recall) was tasteless. But the main course, a stuffed zucchini, was unedible. Covered, and... More

Had lunch here following a hike around Delphi. The view of the valley and ocean is unparalleled. We had the chicken souvlaki and rabbit stew - both excellent. The meal was topped off with some delicious baklava.
