Dosirak was awful, and extremely over priced. We had a salty 14€ Kim chi soup and 10€ flavorless pork dish. Not worth it!!

Cozy place, clean, super attentious attendants and nice food for a good price! Had a nice time in here, specially for the attention and sympathy of the attendant! Recommend!

Their food is just like any other "wannabe" Asian restaurants around. Everything tasted great, I have to admit, but not so close to the traditional Korean flavours. (I wouldn't suggest chicken teriyaki). They also serve sushi, which we didn't try though. Service-wise, was just OK. Btw, the boss, I suppose, who was sitting on a table with his phone didn't... Although overlooked as its is not as pretentious as other restaurants in the area, I found Dosirak a good place to have Korean food in Athens. I had dinner with my partner a Saturday evening. Small place with efficient fast and polite service. As expected from an Asian restaurant were Asian people eat, the food was very tasty. Awesome Kimchi!... More

My wife and I were excited to find Korean food in Greece but when we arrived and ordered we were disappointed to say the least. Bibimbap not in stone bowl as traditional and the meat was cold. Waitress not very attentive. Haemul Pajeong made with egg instead of pancake mix as traditional. Although it curbed our appetite I would NOT... More

A Korean restaurant serving great sushi. The only problem is that there is no seating outside and in the summer i would prefer to be seated outdoors. Food is great and the service as well. Owners please try to get a municipal permit and place some tables outside..this would double your turnover..

For a Korean place in the middle of Athens, Greece, this isn't bad at all. It sated my craving for bulgogi and kimchi. It's a small, casual place and friendly enough. If you spend a lot of time in Athens and want something besides Greek food, this is a welcome change!

Having lived in greece for six years I've learnt two things for Asian restaurants in this country. Firstly it's more expensive than other countries for this style of food, so don't complain as this is normal for greece. Secondly only eat in Asian places that Asian people actually eat in if you like more authentic food. This place has a... More

Staying in Plaka

Neighbourhood Profile
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
