There are plenty of places around the Acropolis where you can pay an arm and a leg for a substandard meal, this is NOT one of them. The prices are very affordable (almost cheap) considering you're getting what me and my now wife consider to...More

Mani Mani is wonderful place. It is in the "upper Koukaki" close to the Acropolis Museum. However, it is a world away from the tourist traps opposite the museum. My son and I dined there on our first night in Athens. The restaurant space is...More

I took my friends from abroad to Mani Mani and once again the whole experience was absolutely perfect. Great food and service combined together is something you cant find easily in Athens today, especially when restaurants in the city centre have loads of tourists as...More

Do you want to eat something traditional with a modern touch? Mani-mani is the place! Traditional peloponnesian dishes from the famous Mani area but recooked and adjusted to the 2000s. The service? Amazing! The place? Easy to find (very close to Acropolis metro station) and...More

pedestrianised Apostolou Pavlou Street runs between
the Acropolis and forested Filopappou Hill, well worth
climbing for more great panoramas, until it merges
with Dionysiou Areopagitou Street. This leads to the
