It looks an attractive restaurant with friendly waiters. However, the food is below the expected average and the prices are unreasonable high. For instance, a glass of ordinary Greek white wine costs 4 euro's. Beware! This price is not on the menu. Moreover, calamaris, fish...More

Has dinner at the Lyra after strolling through Plaka. Too bad this happened on the same day that I had lunch at the excellent Atitamos where the meat skewers were juicy and succulent. In contrast, the meats were char-grilled to the point of being burnt...More

We came here after fleeing the terrible ripoff Mostrou across the street. We had great cocktails, some super starters ( be sure to try the feta with honey and sesame seeds) and great service by Andreas. Very well recommended!

Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains
the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay

squares, some notable museums and the beautiful
Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to
stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a
pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious
