Lovely decor, looks like a very expansive place, how impressive to discover a 15 euros menu for a 3-course lunch with wine and water (20 euros for dinner)! Food quality was alright, Vegetable soup to start with, followed by a choice of fried fish or pork, and a homemade desert. Great deal, great place, friendly service, I recommend it for... More

The restaurant is located inside the Palacio da Bolsa building, which is amazing. Beautiful architecture, including the wonderful arches we all so love in this part of the world. Wine list is local, reasonable, and impressive. I don't think I saw a bottle over 50 euros, most where in the 20 euro range. Set course was also reasonable at 20... More

Located in the hyper centre of Porto, a few minutes walk from the Ribeira is this imposing restaurant located within the old Stockmarket building (Palacio da Bolsa) in the original comercial telegraphic room (hence the name). Fabulous views especially at night, exquisite gastronomic food (fish soup and veal cheeks with its prune risotto are a definite must in the "à... More

We visited in the evening, so the actual Palace was closed, but you do walk a bit through it. It felt a bit church like and the restaurant had a really majestic feel to it. Since I am vegetarian, they offered to prepare pretty much anything on the menu vegetarian! Now, this doesn't happen a lot. The food and wine... More

They offer a very good value set lunch,up to 3 courses a glass of wine and water for under 20 euros. The selection is small but we were impressed, having eaten here several years ago on our last Porto trip we felt it was still good. The setting is pretty impressive as well. The wine provided was very good and we enjoyed a good... Quite a nice experience dining in the Palacio da Bolsa which is a huge historic building, the former stock exchange. The restaurant is quite attractive. The food was good. We enjoyed a salad with 3 appetizers surrounding it. Had the duck with risotto and sautéed kale. Apple crisp and decaf espresso for dessert. By no means the best meal of... More

Wonderful food, polite staff and excellent value at 20 Euro for two courses. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant and would recommend it without hesitation if you are looking for just that little bit of extra class...but don't want to be ripped off!

Came to this restaurant because of the tripadvisor comments. Food is below average. Overpriced due to historical building. Only advantage that you don't have to pay for the visit of Palacio di Borsa. 8€per adult. Overall the service is lazy. We ordered a la carte two resottos, fois gras and sardines bruschetta. Nothing special. Fois gras is not fresh, sardines... More
