Way at the top of Porto is seemed. Either prepare for a walk or take an Uber. But when you arrive and bite into that fresh pork sandwich it’ll all be worth it. Fresh cut pork on a delicious bun and put on a plate....More
It's simply paradise for any roasted pork lover, perfection in every sandwich, we didn't order roasted pork dishes but they do them too if you're not in the mood for sandwiches. The smell of the place is mouth watering, there is a homemade food ambience...More
The best sandwich you can eat. Roasted, juicy, pork in small bread, nothing more. No fancy tables, chairs, catalogues or waiters to pure you water. Just the best tastes. Portuguese know that and it's almost impossible to find a table.
I think I said this before but Casa Guedes is... everything you need to feel the inner Porto. Their little sandwiches, toasted bread, cooked meat, sauce, cheese... OYG!!! Delicious! A stairway to heaven. And totally affordable.
This is certainly an an avoidable place of Porto. The “restaurant” isn’t very beautiful, put it is a typical place who serve local food. We tried one of there sandwiches with a soup and everything was super tasty. Don’t forget to take a glass of...More
We had "Number 8" - a pork sandwich with cheese on a soft, warm roll. it was a great sandwich. This is a good place for a quick, fairly inexpensive dinner. Three of us ate and had a beer each for about 21 euros.
This little 'snack bar' is such a nice place. Nothing to look at, but that's just the point. Full of locals and at Lunch-Time there's an impressive line of people waiting for some authentic, home made food.
Amazing pork and cheese sandwich, meat is very tender and moised and the cheese is serra da estrela cheese, so nothing more has to be said, it's fantastic.
The rose wine from Casa Guedes is quite good as well, worth to try it.
