This place is open all day, but is especially good for a quick breakfast, coffee, and juice. Also, stop by for snacks and/or drinks later in the day.

Very good place for a simple, local inexpensive meal. It's not a fancy restaurant but the food is good, they take card payments- not so common in Portugal, and the 0,5l jug of wine is 2 Euros!

Had quite a few meals here as we were staying at a hotel nearby. The quality of the food is good and prices very reasonable. Great for main meals, or for coffee and cake/dessert in the afternoon. Always busy, with a good vibe. Staff efficient and friendly.

We find this a very decent place to have a quick and acceptable meal. Fish with rice and chips was less than €7 and comes with 3 pieces of fish, a good portion. Carbonara was less than tasty.

I had a good tripa stew with beans and extra rice. Very basic traditional home food -that's the reason why I took it. Portion was quite big and tasted good.

We had been looking for the real Francesinha for days and been disappointed. This one was the real deal, and the number of locals eating it. Typical Portuguese brightly lit cantina with men watching football on TV, families eating out. Food was excellent, but forget it if you're a "foodie", it's simple, well cooked, cheap and cheerful. My breaded cod... More

Yet another place that is just taking advantage of it premium location. Its not even cheap anymore. A product of the exponential tourism growth. Service's also mediocre.

We decided to stop in for dinner on our last night in Portugal. The food is cheap and very low quality. Find another place to eat outside of the tourist zone if you want real quality Portuguese food. I am absolutely shocked this restraint received 4 stars on trip advisor. The establishment also offers a bar and pastry section, which... More

Food was good at a good price too. I had an English breakfast with tea and my cousin had steak and chips. Both were fantastic and reasonably priced. The service was great and we could pay with card, not so common in Porto.
