We stopped here for a pick up lunch in the midst of Covid-19 when it was re-opened with restrictions. Not a hamburger we were used to - living in North America. It was surprisingly good and well made...not cooked to death, the sauce was reminding...me of MacDonnalds, but with a hint of curry..jum. Don't forget your napkins, you are going to need them. We then walked up the hill a bit, crossed the street and sat down on a park bench to eat in the wonderful sun In all. I think worth a try.More

Walked up to the castle and on the way back visited for a meal. The burgers are way good, nice meat and so the bread is thin and toasted- a bit too much sauce perhaps, otherwise very good. I also had a passion fruit milkshake...- this was amazingly good, nice and cold and full of taste. The surroundings are very simple, however the service is very good and friendly. Good value for money. This place is well worth the walk up the hill.More

Awesome, the best burgers in the town. I’ve been so many times, and every time I come back to Madeira , I can’t wait for one of this. Highly recommend
