The salads were fresh, crunchy and well seasoned, the fish dish we had was well cooked and not dry and we even tried their Portuguese tarts which we thought... More

Been there with children. It s an amazing hall, worth to see. Food simple and prices just ok. I may say good place to stop during visit. Staff friendly, as usual.

After a visit to the Palace and Gardens we were treated to lunch in the Palace dining room. What a treat for our group tour of Sintra and Queluz. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food excellent.

This is a gem of a restaurant - our party of 5 had a reasonably-priced meal for lunch that was well-prepared and delicious. One highlight was the baked goat cheese salad with honey and walnuts - exquisitely good. The downside, and it was a big one, was that the service was abysmal. They were grossly understaffed and the waiter we... More

I've never had a club sandwich which was not toasted, you don't get that here, it was a plain sliced rather stale bread. Not sure if they forgot to toast, because it was very busy... More

Exquisite food in a rare atmosphere. You're transported to ancient times, despite having a modern, efficent and very perfectionist service.
