At firts moment it seems as no restaurant, but is typical portugies restaurant with perfect meel (octopus, lamb, beef...). I can only advise this restaurant.

Very good food. Price is decent and the waiters are very enjoyable. Typical small family restaurant. The salmon is very tasty. The arroz de cabidela is delicious. The desserts are ok.

This is one more where all it matters is the food! The lump wood grill is just what makes it special! Food is spot on and value is great! One more that I try to make a visit every time I am over

We had lunch there with a group of 8, two of us locals who recommended the place. We were not disappointed. The place looks like a typical bistro, unpretentious but friendly. Appetizers of cottage-like cheese and olives came immediately with bread, a nice combo. For mains, we took the tuna steak -- excellent -- a shrimp dish in a curry-like... More

This is another of my choices as a local who lives and works in the area. I prefer the steaks at this restaurant as the meat is usually very good. The service is good and experienced and the restaurant is cozy and typical of the area.

Restaurant seemed to be family owned and operated. Very Spartan decor. Food was very good. We had pork rodizio. Very tasty. Staff was great.

I've had lunch and dinner here for several times. Adega do Saloio is a typical Portuguese restaurant with stereotypical decoration, which ends up being a safe choice. They have plenty of options on the menu, but if you love grilled fish or meat that will your best choice in this restaurant. If you ask for a side of vegetables instead... More

A very good place to taste traditional Portuguese cuisine. It is a familiar restaurant where there is a lot to choose from. Not expensive either. Good deserts too.

Visiting sintra my Portuguese friend's brought me here. Decor amusing and we had a table away from the ubiquitous TV that seems to permeate everything. The food altogether was enjoyable. We had the couvert to start, cod and potatoes that they hit with a hammer apparently, veal, salad and an excellent bottle of red. Service was ok and at 60€... More
