We stayed in Neya Hotel so we decided to dine here one evening. Besides us there were only 2 other guests so not much going on in this restaurant. The menu offers local ingredients and all sound very interesting. The waiter had problems understanding our order since none of us are native English speakers. We ordered white wine, he went... After 7 days in Lisbon full of friendly and impeccable service alongside wonderful food, we were immensely disappointed from the moment we walked into this restaurant. The Christmas dinner was a fixed menu that no one offered to tell us about. We sat, asked for a menu, and lukewarm soup was literally dropped in front of us. It took questions... More

Food and service are brilliant, with delicious and freshly prepared dishes. The cod was gorgeous! The restaurant lacks in atmosphere, maybe because it's in a hotel. Somehow, it is a bit pretentious. The only letdown was the dessert (lemongrass panacotta with blueberry 'caviar') It was too sweet and the lemongrass was overpowering. Although the presentation was beautiful!

The atmosphere of the restaurant and the quality of the meals are great, but the best thing was the service we received. A smiley waitress made our day, thank you Filipa!

Great restaurant in Lisboa center. Quality food and sustainable. Not expensive and the staff is great. With Social governance as well.

We stayed in the Neya Lisboa hotel in March and dined one night in the attached restaurant Viva Lisboa. The menu had some excellent local choices and I settled on the black pork. The presentation was fantastic and the taste sublime. My partner had a pasta dish which was also above par. Servings are in line with a restaurant of... More

We stayed at the hotel on a Five night city break and had lunch as we arrived. Superb service and good value for set menu. Breakfast busy but relaxed overall. Bar adjacent to the restaurant room is useful after eating to relax and still receive the same level of customer service. Staff are knowledgable of local dishes and offer alternatives... More

We arrived in the mid-day at Neya hotel and went for lunch in the restaurant downstairs. We just wanted a quick lunch and didn't expect it to be such a good one. When we finished it was almost 4 o'clock - they took cooking seriously!! Goat cheese soup + fish + dessert were all fantastic!! For only eur 12.90 !!... More

We ate here twice during our stay at the hotel. It was almost empty and there is not a lot of atmosphere, but the food is good and very well priced. We had nice red wine for 12 euros. The cheese board was yummy as were deserts. The room suffers from being the hotel's breakfast room and bland hotel decor,... More
