Small and intimate. Very cozy and lovely, with nice music in the background and very good food. We love it!

So glad we booked dinner after reading all the good reviews; well worth a visit! Lots of delicious small plates to choose from and very generous main portions - we loved the pink peppercorn cod, sardine pasta and plate sized steak! The staff were super nice too. :)

A wonderful bistro, small but expands onto the street when weather permits. But inside enables you to soak up the delightful atmosphere so you must book! The food is delicious with three or four specials alongside a steady menu. A lamb casserole, infused with cinnamon amongst other spices was a favourite as was the calves liver. Deserts, including a carob cake... More

A good place to have a nice dinner or try portuguese "petiscos". Don't miss the octupus salad, alheira or the shrimps. Expect simple dishes but amazing flavours. The waitresses are one of the best things in the house, talking different languages and being naturally nice and happy with all costumers' requests. Definitely worth the visit!

We passed this bistro a couple of times and eventually were lucky to get a table one evening. We have chosen the beef stroganoff which was incredible. I would recommend to book a table when you're in Lisbon.

Good bistro with a beautiful view outside of the Sao Vicente church. Limited options on the menu, but I ordered pasta with octopus and it definitely worth it! Entree + main course + glass of wind was 18 euros. Apparently, the deserts, specially the chocolate cake worth a try.

It is well worth a trip here just to be entertained by Mario- the charming man who served us! However the food was delicious, we had a sharing platter which was made up of wonderful Portuguese produce. On the recommendation of the group of German ladies sat next to us, we were told to try the chocolate cake that had... More

We had a "share platter" for two and prawn linguine and a passion fruit cake, the platter was a combination from the starters (8 types). The platter came first, it was really big and delicious especially the bresaola, the pasta was really creamy and tasty and the dessert was terrific. We had a special request for ice coffee and they... More

Mario and Werner are very very lovely. The food is very tasty and the prices are too low for the quality they are offering. We felt very welcome. Highly recommended.

A little off the main drag at the top of the old town district, but this is worth finding. The staff are really friendly and warm, the ambience great, and the food from an uncomplicated menu is superb. The best evening meal we had in Lisbon.

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
