I had read reviews of Cantinho Lusitano prior to arriving in Lisbon and had contacted the restaurant to see if they would accommodate solo diners (knowing that the restaurant seats only about 20 people total). I received an immediate affirmative response and made a reservation...More

Visiting with family; the food was very good in this tiny place; booking is essential or you won't get in. Recommend ordering everything on the menu (as we did as there was a few of us!). In particular they have a good (but small) wine...More

We booked in having read the reviews on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. A lovely family run restaurant with a relaxed vibe and good food - just what we were looking for. Perfect final night in Lisbon!

This restaurant was my first meal in Lisbon and it was a great experience. The service was amazing as our server took the time to explain and answer my questions. The tapas was great and very tasty. Would recommend!

Principe Real
From the splendid garden and its cafe-kiosk to its
restaurants, Príncipe Real is more than worthy of a
visit and it won't let you down: its attractions
include "Pavilhão Chinês" (one of the more eccentric
interior designs you'll ever see), museums and a
fantastic botanical garden. It's also a commercial
neighborhood, and you can visit a renovated Palace,
home of the Embaixada (embassy) trendy shopping center

My boyfriend and I visited in May and we walked everywhere and found Lisbon to be very safe. The only thing is it's very hilly and there are a lot of small streets that you can get lost in.

I contacted them via their Facebook page and was able to book a table for 10. Just had to fit the time around them. Definitely the best meal of the trip and such a lovely couple.
