Visited for a family member's birthday. The food, service and ambience were excellent. There were a variety of options, although I did feel like the menu was a bit limited. If using public transport, plan your route ahead of time; only a few buses pass...More

This has got to be one of the best-smelling restaurants! Attracted by the aroma of garlic and basil, we enjoyed delicious bruschetta, three types of homemade pasta and a green salad. Simple food done very well. Our server, Rui, went out of his way to...More

This restaurant is quite far out of town in the santos area. First of all the waiters bring to your table bruschetta and also bread with oil/vinegar. BE WARNED. Although you didn't ask for these you WILL be charged unless you say no. I ordered...More

Not great for Coeliacs as very limited choice. Waiter grumpy and unhelpful. Shouldn't say they are vegan and gluten free unless they really are.

Our waiter Rui was great help, friendly and made great recommendations which helped make for a great night. Food and wine was excellent. Cool little "back alley" spot that will not disappoint. Great Find. Only negative-chairs a little uncomfortable on back.

We went for dinner and loved the drinks (Mojito) and the food (ham pizza and a seafood pasta dish). The place has a great atmosphere but is also good value for money, we even got offered a complementary digestif at the end point. Great service...More

Both the rigatoni dish and tomato soup were tasty. We were quite pleased with the flavors! This is a place that we would definitely return to enjoy another meal.

Praise there is aplenty for Come Prima, one of Lisbons best-loved traditional Italian restaurants. Being a bit tucked away on Rua Olival, an easy walk from the romantic Tapada das Necessidades gardens, is part of the restaurants considerable charm. A reassuringly cosy atmosphere, lovely lighting, wooden tables and chairs and friendly staff - Come Prima hits all the right notes. Expect wonderfully simple Italian classics - tomato soup to tiramisu - freshly prepared with skill and care. Some diners have said the pasta and pizza are the best theyve ever had. Whats certain is Come Prima hand-make their pasta fresh, and bake their pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Nice wine list, too. Ask for a table upstairs where its cosiest.
