VERMELHOSA, Lisbon

We got there by coincidence since we were staying in the neighborhood. I can just say to you that the avocado toast with cream cheese, bacon and poached eggs and it was delicious. It was certainly a big and yummy surprise. We highly recommend it.

Best Little French Cafe in town

The Vermelhosa café is a café that acts as catalyst for the local people in the neighborhood. It provides an ambience where one can find peace while reading a book or having a chat with the owner. (There is a nice collection of books in...the café worth reading and sharing.)The café is a great place to chill out, hold a family gatherings or simply to enjoy a great cup of coffee along with a fresh croissant and scrambled eggs for breakfast! Not to be missed when visiting Lisbon-simply hop off of Tram #28 when you see the parliament buildings-you're there.More

Fab!!!

Thanks for such a great breakfast ❤️Ambience here is amazing. Staff so friendly and smiling and the food is fantastic!! Coffee, even though I’m trying to cut back, I ended up having two!! Would definitely recommend vermelhosa

Best breakfast in Lisbon

This tiny cafe is not in any of the main areas but is totally worth going to. The scrambled eggs are excellent, and the rest of the food also delicious. Easily one of our favouritest meals in Lisbon.

Great service, great food

We were looking for a place to get breakfast and saw Vermelhosa was ranked #1 in Lisbon. To our surprise, it wasn't full and we easily got a table. The food was great, as was the service. The avocado & salmon toast was really good...and I highly recommend it.More

Superb breakfast

Based on previous reviews we visited here for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, everything made fresh to order, tasted fab. Freshly made juices, pancakes and omelettes. We were delighted with the breakfast- definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast

Amazing breakfast

Really cute, unique interios, pattiserie concept of breakfast place. Great omelette, tarts and squeezed juices. They had some issue that caused delay in service, and they were so friendly and appologising, we got pastels de nata for free. The omellete wih ham and cheese is...probably the best omelette we ever had!More
