I visited this restaurant with my friends on Friday evening it was very busy. We had wonderfull time. Great Fado music, food and service. Everything was fantastic. Keep it up.

We had a fabulous evening. The prices are a little higher than you'd pay at a place with no entertainment (certainly reasonable) and the Fado was excellent. I had goose bumps! We were seated right next to the performers in an intimate setting. We befriended...More

This is a perfect example of what I would call a tourist trap, someone nice is standing outside the restaurant to lure you in. Other good restaurants nearby are packed and so you thought dinner and fado, how bad could it be? It was bad,...More

We went for our final meal in Lisbon and came away disappointed. The Fado is good. No complaints at all there - talented players with good singing. The atmosphere / table dressing is also ok.... Hence two stars and not one! The problem is the...More

Inedible steak, overpriced, bad service. Fado guitarists were good but very short set, singer OK voice but volume way too loud for small space. Definite tourist trap, wish we had read reviews before going!

Well, what can we add to the previous reviews. The food is mediocre at best, you can only pay with cash (they don't tell you in advance). It's packed with tables and drinks are twice as expensive as elsewhere in Lisbon. All meals are 15...More

Jet lagged, hungry and needing food near the apartment we had rented, we stumbled into this restaurant. Food was ok but the music brought me to tears. Grateful for the musicians who shared the passion of Fado and their artistry with us.

We had a lovely evening with great service at this "hole in the wall" restaurant. Two of the three meals were great. The one fish dish was not perfect. The music was nice, although the musicians warmed up for longer than they played! The singing...More

This restaurant is located in one of the traditional neighborhoods of Lisbon, right next to the Fado Museum. It's a good option for dinner with small groups. Try the São Miguel Codfish - cooked with onion and wine.
