As you can tell by the name this is a fish place and it is a great one. Beware that the servings are large and generally serve 2-3 people but the fish is fresh and prepared lightly and well. The Sea Bass is especially good....More

We were skeptical because it was recommended by the hotel but the service was excellent, the grilled seafood platter was tasty and the wine was inexpensive. The tables were marked reserved but when we asked if they were free I guess we looked like acceptable...More

Exelent in every way. Food was just fantastic ( we had sea bass for two with potatoes in the oven and some salad, for desert we had cheesecake and almond cake), service exelent ( our waiter removed all the fishbones). A place to come back.

Dinner for two in a Wednesday night, recommended by our hotel. We ate outside in the company of many others, accompanied by a talented sax player. Great reasonably priced Douro wine recommendation. We had the sea bass for 2 which was grilled perfectly and served...More

Description
Entre o mar e a terra fica esta antiga taberna de pescadores. Assadores de peixe fresco e marisco vivo e uma garrafeira única fizeram a fama deste restaurante. This old fisherman tavern is located between the sea and the fish market, O Pescador. Here we serve fresh fish, seafood with a wonderful wine cellar, all this gives the fame and recognition to the restaurant. Cascais is here.
