Cannot feel more welcomed. Dom Pedro exceeds the established benchmark for steak and merriment. Portuguese flavours leapt relentlessly towards my yearning heart. Whilst understated, Dom Perdro dazzles and delights. Steak must be ordered but variety manifested appropriately. Fish available excelled alongside Crustacea. Astounding price/quality ratio, irrespective of generous portions. Josh Groban. X ps the waiter/ host was tremendous.

We were very fortunate to have stumbled upon this restaurant. We were off the main road and stopped in looking for a local restaurant and we hit the jackpot. The place is small and was full of locals, We were extremely lucky that they were able to accommodate us. The food was the best we had over the course of... More

We had lunch here yesterday based on the reviews here on Tripadvisor, the food was simple and well cooked. The restaurant itself is fairly small and the waiter that looked after us was great. Lunch for 2 adults and 2 children was 40 euros :) mains and desserts + drinks Well worth a visit

We like this small Portuguese restaurant, especially for lunch, as it is good food for a reasonable price, hard to find in the heart of Cascais.

This was the best all round for quality of local food, atmosphere, and value. Wonderful set lunches (book to be sure) frequented by locals. A family business for over 40 years. Excellent welcome, explanation of dishes, in clear English. Been twice already and going again!

Delightful small local restaurant. Food was great and prices quite inexpensive. Fun ambience! A little hard to find, tucked away in one the alleys in the Old city. Quite small, make reservations if possible.

Dom Pedro is a tiny restaurant in the historic area of Cascais. The dishes are high quality. Some traditional Portuguese fish and seafood cuisine all perfectly cooked. As well as steaks and other dishes. The desserts are incredible. It's worth booking ahead.

This restaurant has an amazing lunch deal, but the word is out, so book a reservation before showing up. Sit outside if the weather permits, as it's very pleasant, and the inside is small and plain. Typical Portuguese fare, but at the lowest price we've seen.
