This was the best all round for quality of local food, atmosphere, and value. Wonderful set lunches (book to be sure) frequented by locals. A family business for over 40 years. Excellent welcome, explanation of dishes, in clear English. Been twice already and going again!

Delightful small local restaurant. Food was great and prices quite inexpensive. Fun ambience! A little hard to find, tucked away in one the alleys in the Old city. Quite small, make reservations if possible.

Dom Pedro is a tiny restaurant in the historic area of Cascais. The dishes are high quality. Some traditional Portuguese fish and seafood cuisine all perfectly cooked. As well as steaks and other dishes. The desserts are incredible. It's worth booking ahead.

This restaurant has an amazing lunch deal, but the word is out, so book a reservation before showing up. Sit outside if the weather permits, as it's very pleasant, and the inside is small and plain. Typical Portuguese fare, but at the lowest price we've seen.

this simple little restaurant is hiding a bit away from the main tourist circuit. some 10 tables is all they have. the menue includes starters and main dishes (fish or meat), mostly grilled. the white house wine is reasonable. all together a nice place for lunch.

A small restaurant, off the main drag, serving local dishes beautifully. Fish and meat on the menu short good wine list. Friendly and helpful staff Easy to find, booking advisable due to size,

Off the tourist drag, this is a great place for great food at a reasonable price. Steak and seabass were both prepared very well. The opening times are tight, especially in the off season, but this is well worth a look.

This is a hidden gem in Cascais . We were here 3 years ago and it is still a lovely place. The set meal at lunch time although slighty smaller portion than full menu at around 9 euro for courses very good value. The main fish courses are very large portions and at aropund 11 euro good value. The house wine... More
