How is Monlou - Cake and Coffee House rated?

I've been regularly going to Monlou for the past three years since I started studying in Aveiro and I never get tired of going there. Everything is so delicious and there are so many things to try. This is my favourite coffee shop.

Best cappacinos in Aveiro

We treked across town to this coffee shop on three consecutive mornings. We really enjoyed the coffee at Monlou. Our children ordered the waffles and icecream, they were given the thumbs up, as were the ham and cheese toasted sandwiches. The couple running the coffee...shop were friendly and the service was quick and efficient. The bathrooms are spotless too. Lovely place to take the whole family as there were plenty of kid friendly options.More

What was missing in Aveiro

It is a small but very cozy space. It is near from the Aveiro’s Ria, therefore it is a very cool place to take you snack in the afternoon after a trip in the center of the city. The food is very good and you...have a lot of options (hot chocolate, frape, various cakes, ice cream, many type of coffee, ...).More

Best Mocha in town!

Wonderful coffee house, lovely service and hot coffee! Really enjoyed it, good place to read a book or have a nice conversation

Going somewhere

Place is clean and small. It's nice but nothing special. If you are looking for quality cookies, cupcakes and/or service this is not the place. Though, they have nice coffee at least and some diversity when it comes to this matter. They are also serving...coffee to go so if you come to drink your coffee there you'll probably have to wait for 15,20 min to get coffee because I don't know by what logic but they will serve them first no matter that they just entered place and you are waiting for some time already.More

Rather go to McCafe

Clean space, hipster environment, things like you find everywhere else. Over 15min to have a coffee. Deceptioning if you're looking to find quality cookies/pastries and/or service. We found better at McDonalds that is near from this place. You can have your breakfast after 11am.
