Good coffee and very tasty sweets. Absolutelly recommend this place in the heart of beautiful Aveiro

We were shopping at Forum Aveiro today, 10/6/2019 and decided to take have a snack and a rest at Brigs, R.do Batalhao, Aveiro. We were pleasantly served by a gentleman at the cafe. He was patient in describing the pasteries when we were hesistating over the choice...of food. We were very pleased with his warm and friendly service. The two cups of different coffee were nice and we enjoyed the Enroladinho de salsicha ( sausage roll) and Alheira (portuguese sausage) . Though the cafe is small, it is clean and nicely decorated with displays of menus and sardines on the walls. The staff are friendly and there is a good variety of pastries at affordable prices. We were seated outside the cafe where there were few tables .A children's playground is just right infront of the cafe and it would serve family with children well. The seating outside the cafe was relaxing . A good place for a nice short break. Thank you.More

Great little café to have a quick bite. They have brazillian finger foods (coxinhas, pao de queijo, pao de chourizo) and the delicious sweet brigadeiros in different flavours. The wo men that run the place are nice. If travelling with children it’s a great place...as it is right in front of a park. It’s our 4th visit to Aveiro and the first time we ate here. We weren’t too hungry so this was a great option as the children played right in front of us.More
