Strange that situation in this "restaurant" hadn't change at all. The waiter is still ignoring customers, you need to wait for the food an hours even if the restaurant is empty. Moreover the food doesn't worth waiting it's some kind of misunderstanding. I went here with a group of friends, there was eight of us. We ordered some main dishes... More

We had a mixed omelette & spaghetti bolognese, both of which weren't good at all. The omelette had very little flavour & hadn't been made properly. It was served with 3 pieces of broccoli & bits of carrot which looked as though they'd been reheated from yesterday! The bolognese was sweet & gave the impression of being tinned. It is... More

This restaurant offered promise when we arrived thinking it was advertising pastel de nata. We were in the wrong place but decided to stay. The waitress was friendly and offered some advice and even went around the corner to get us 4 pastel de natas. My typical regional food (pork and clams) was good. Others had lamb, fish and chicken... We were really hungry otherwise we would have searched longer. Probably with seeking-time included we would eat earlier. We waited really long for the food, the maitre was rude and unfriendly. Only the starter - grilled shrimps - was good. My codfish had more potatoes than fish. If possible just avoid this place.

We waited more than 1 hour for our food (which they forgot) and when it finally arrived the meat was raw, cold and tough. Don't recommend.

The food was nothing special, the waiter seemed bored and we had to ask for things twice. If I had read previous reviews, I would have looked elsewhere.

After several laps of evoras old town restaurants we settled on mr. Pick wicks. It was by far the busiest, had a varied menu, and prices and good aromas closed the deal. While the maitre di could up his gAme he had good sense of humour and was attentive. We opted for a couple of Mediterranean dishes which were superb... More

'Mr Pickwick ' We ordered menu del dia - soup, fish or meat dish etc. and waited, and waited! Finally after half an hour, we suggested to girl we had been waiting a long time only to receive the rant - not my fault, we are full, kitchen staff to blame etc and finally to be told that the soup... We waited +40 minutes for two salads and they tasted quite boring/without any taste. (Why does tripadvisor forcee to write at least 100 words when there us not much more to say?)
