This restaurant was suggested by the receptionist at the moov hotel. After checking out the Tripadvisor reviews decided to give it a try. Like most good restaurants, nothing special from the outside and certainly not in a prime location. But once inside it feels good. Nice traditional decor, excellent food and service.

Very tasty meat and the wine was just delicious. The wine in particular was a wonderful surprise and was perfect with the red meat served. We'll definitely... More

This restaurant was recommended to us, it took some finding as its tucked away amongst back streets. The décor, the service and food quality were amazing and the price was very reasonable. The character of the place made it that more impressive.

Though you might be tempted to keep walking, DON'T! "Outside the wall" down a residential side street, it's well worth the walk! The place is cozy and the owners are cooking! Ricardo was our attentive server - from wine, entree and dessert advisor to photographer, he made our visit even better. But the food was the star attraction! My friend... More

This little germ is perfect for lunch in Évora, we had the bife on the hot stone, very tastefull meat, combined with fruits. The staff was too good to be true. Friendly and very helpfull. Also we had a great red wine from Borba. A perfect lunch for our family!

Quaint family owned establishment. We found this restaurant by chance through TripAdvisor, best thing that happened. The food was delicious, very authentic Portuguese food, and the staff are super friendly.

My husband and I visited Vinho e Noz yesterday for dinner. The food was delicious and our server Ricardo chose a very nice wine to accompany our meal. We had the lamb with mint which was very good. The table next to us had arroz merisco, which came bubbling and smelled wonderful. We think we will have to go back... More
