My husband and I stumbled upon this little restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. We were given a complimentary housemade tomato soup amuse bouche that was so perfect on a cool autumn evening. My fish was very good, as was the wine, the service, and the atmosphere. I would definitely go back next time I am in Bruges and I... More

Six of us went there on a Tuesday night. We got the last 6 seats and had a great meal, 2 had a fillet of fish and 4 had beef cheeks cooked in a Flemish stew. All the meals were very good, service was provided by the owner and was top shelf. This is a recommended restaurant to any visitor... More

We found this place by accident, and got a room by the upstairs window with lovely view of the street. Excellent mushroom soup "on the house" before our starters arrived - shrimp croquettes - just gorgeous, but one of the best meals in a long time was the mixed grill which we both had. I don't usually have mixed grills... More

We were looking for something a little less "touristy" than the restaurants on the main square and noticed that this restaurant had a "Trip Advisor - Certificate of excellence" on the door - so thought we'd give it a try. Even though we were a little late for lunch and were close to closing, the staff welcomed us in and... More

Situated just off the main market square this restaurant is well worth the walk! It's cosy and atmospheric. The food is straight forward but wonderfully home cooked. This means you will need to wait a little longer but it'sworth it!! We had lemon sole and mussels. Both beautifully cooked. Our only disappointment was that they had run out of chocolate mousse... We at here twice on a recent trip to Bruges. A lovely little restaurant just off the market square and away from the tourist strip. Terrific - we really enjoyed the mussels, fish , and pork cheek. Lovely décor and attentive friendly people. The owner/front of house manger is especially welcoming. Value for money.

A very small cosy restaurant with big character, ambiance and nice staff. Smoked salmon starter was just that - no lemon or black pepper and quite expensive for what it was. Pork cheek was delicious as was the sole (and you get three fillets). Best frites in Bruges (surprisingly poor elsewhere!). Didn't have dessert but house wine was good. Worth... More

We had mussels and pork cheek stew: loved both. Nice cozy decor, near city centre, good service (knowledgeable waiter, short waiting time). Good value for money, we would recommend this place.

This lovely restaurant was a stones throw from our hotel. We dined here on our last night in Bruges and we saved the best till last. Great choice of dishes at reasonable prices. The staff were very attentive and we were lucky enough to have the top room to ourselves. The chilli lobster was amazing and the steak perfectly cooked.... More
