The waffle was raw, staff was unfriendly and I with friends were not allowed to go to the second floor, though our other friends were there(((

Waffles were great, coffee wasn’t that bad, Chasier was having a bad day. She treated us terrible…..

We had to wait for an age to get served as there was only one person taking orders. I was impressed by the bleeper they give you, We got a table upstairs most of which needed a good clean and waited for our order. when...I went to collect the order they forgot the drink's. The drinks they gave us were the wrong ones (full sugar instead of zero), but we just went with it. Then we had this family sat in front of us who kept staring at my wife and I, when I got up to leave the dad of the family started shouting at me in French. Alas I speak German and English so No idea what his problem was.More

Waffles are a must do when you are in Brussels. Waffle Factory was highly recommended. It was crowded even in the morning. The service was slow and we were not sure if these were the best waffles at all.

I don't know why poeple recommend this place, thier waffel was only ok and nothing more. I had better waffels in brussels.

This place is popular and there’s always a queue, so we had to try it for ourselves! We decided to choose the Belgian waffles (with sugar coating & crispier than the other option of a fluffier waffle). We choose Nutella as our topping. U made...add toppings but with extra charges. Overall, I guess I wasn’t used to the “hard” crispy waffle vs the fluffy ones and the Nutella was overly sweet. BTW, I was told that if you don’t request for utensils, it will not be provided. It’s only provided for those with multi topppings. What is more peculiar is the service as the gals (multiple of them around the counter including waffle makers, drink servers) were not friendly; not a hello/ bonjour or even a smile and seems to be in a rush to get your order with no recommendations. Don’t even ask them to explain the differences in toppings or waffles style. Most I believe understands little English. Maybe I am used to the American service (always have time for small talk or recommendations).More

Tel: 02/502.31.47 Every other place we went, the Belgian waffles were only offered in the...sweet, Lieges style. We wanted the savory, Brussels style. We found them here! One was with smoked salmon, and the other was like a Mexican style. The former was better, in our opinions.More

The waffles where quite ok but we had to wait over an hour to get served. Our order was forgotten several times and after asking for it four times we finally got our waffle with a missing topping and two forks instead of a fork...and a knife. There wasn’t anything that could have possibly made up for this unnecessary waste of time, especially when we only had a single day to see Brussels!More

Very disappointed with the waffles. We had a plain liege and a nutella liege and the waffle itself was flavorless. It seemed like they wore under cooked. The dough was a little crispy outside and raw inside. I had liege waffles in Manhattan and they...were 100% better.More

We are visiting Brussels for the first time, and my bf and I were super excited to try this place. He is obsessed with Waffles! We checked the best rated places and this was one of them. Nevertheless, the arrival experience was so unpleasant and...unwelcome. The front desk person didn’t give us any advice, had a terrible attitude and was clearly unhappy with his job. It is so unbelievable how waiting for such a long time to try this place can be destroyed so simple with a bad attitude and attention to clients.More

The variety was extensive, the service was great, the facility was clean and the waffles were perfectly delicious and hot.

If you want to try a really good traditional waffle, go there! I saw so many places with waffles and maybe it is the only one which make FRESH waffles. The most of the shops they have fixed waffles in order to earn time and...money. This one prepares the waffles at the same time. Such a good service and friendly staff too! Near Grand Place!
