We ordered 4 coffees and a waffle. It took about 40 minutes for the coffee to arrive. We reminded the staff twice that we were still waiting for the waffle, and left without it after about 1h30, despite having paid for it. The coffee was...decent, but not an enjoyable experience at all.More

Tasteless and extremely expensive coffee, one employee running all over the place doing all jobs resulting in a poorly kept place and disatrous service. Sadly, this kind of outlet is taking over all over Brussels. This kind of place makes Starbucks look a 5 stars...coffee salon.More

We went as family to have some drinks. The decoration and atmosphere was good. In general it is a busy place. The first thing that we noticed it was service which was slow. We got a cappuccino for 7.50 which was good but not extraordinary,...a double espresso for 3.50 and it was good. In general I would prefer to go other places in the gallery to have coffee or for eating. There is nothing extraordinary that I would say to go back there.More

This was my very favorite cafe in Brussels I followed them from their first address in the old librarie papier shop ,near the Costume Museum, then around the corner , where I gave them a great review, they were excellent and onto the Galerie de Roi....They originally sold amazing coffee and tea with great service, and also had the best cakes and tarts I have tasted in Brussels, home made by people they knew, the passion fruit tart was simple amazing as were the others with chocolate and cherries. Since they moved to the Galeries de Roi there has been a problem, I visited in Oct 2019 and last Saturday Jan 11th 2020, when I took two new friends. they no longer have any of the amazing tarts, the cakes we had tasted stale /old, we got No Service someone threw the tea bags at us, we got the teapots with hot water 20 mins later after we had reminded them twice ..no cups just very old chunky grubby glasses , maybe ok for coffee not tea. No apologies for service or delay, I was upset, I think the business must have been sold as the unique selling point has gone, it's so sad as it was a special place and now..its just an over priced cafe. 18 euro for three teas and a stale tart ! What Happened ?More

I have never waited so long for a cup of coffee in my life. It would have been faster to buy a coffee machine in the electronics shop nearby, bring it to the hotel and brew a fresh espresso in the hotel room. While I...am writing this review, I am waiting for more than 30 minutes now and still have not received my order. I even had to leave the building because the WiFi is too slow to post a review.More

Had a really nice coffee to go from Aksum. Served by a nice young man at the counter. So far, the best cup of coffee I've had in Brussels.

The worst espresso and warm chocolate I have ever had. Milk with chocolate powder and coffee without taste and smell.

The latte and cappuccino were prepared well. But we and all the other people had to wait for at least 75 minutes(!!) before the order was to be delivered. A very disorganised coffee house. Nearly everyone went to the counter asking whether the order was...on its way.More
