Amazing ham dish with great vibes in the restaurant that is really busy as well. Consider coming here when visiting Brussels, as the atmosphere is one of a kind. Service is really good. The only quirk is there is no menu in English. Portions are...More

Great restaurant only as few blocks from Grand Place. It's cash only....Menu is in French on a chalkboard, but for English only speakers a waiter will review menu and explain everything and in perfect detail. Entrees are decent portions and well presented. We ordered Flremish...More

Food is to die for. Can definitely recommend the rabbit and also the beef stew. Small range of beers but still good. In a beautiful old room with lots of character. Good service :)

We decided to take a walk along to this restaurant because the reviews were so complimentary. The restaurant was quiet but atmosphere felt really quite relaxed and calming. The large blackboard above the bar displayed the menus and we decided on the ribs and sausage...More

The menu is on a massive chalk board, extensive and eccletic selection. Large communal tables. Fast service excellent food. The lamb was perfectly cooked and was very tasty. Will for sure return, only accepts cash, no credit cards/

A great place for very informal dining with similarly informal prices, it's an absolute classic and longstanding love affair with brusselers, whether locals or expats, better or less well off. Here you literally rub elbows with diners at the next table, they really pack em...More

You cannot book tables at the restaurant. It's a case of turn up and see what they have. I have found myself queuing. And would again.
