A lovely restaurant with a dazzling number of flavours of Moules on the menu, all served with frites for a proper Belgian dining experience. The portions are big - for 25 euros you get a big pot of mussels, all far bigger and jucier than any I've ever seen in England, and a bowl of frites. The staff are friendly... More

Great range of mussels (with frites) options to try. 69 in all ranging from 25 to 30 EUR. I booked for there "save 25% if you finish by 20.20" early eater option which was a great deal. First time having muscles and it didn't disappoint. Just a shame there was a huge hair in my pot which brings the score... More

With 69 different ways of preparing mussels, this restaurant is number one in the capital of "moules-frites". The place is small and packed every day, so book a table! The French fries are prepared the right way, hot and crusty. The portions are huge and the prices are correct. Large wine list where you'll find the adequate whites or rosés.... More

As a seafood plan we wanted to have a great mussel experience in Brussels. That was something that Le Zinneke definitely offered. We had a table in their backyard and that was lovely. We were also really happy with the service.

I went there with a group of friends, and the food was simply excellent, as well as the atmosphere. However, the service was a bit slow and they forgot cutlery for some people. In addition to that, even though we made a reservation a couple of weeks beforehand, they've lost it and we almost lost our seats because the restaurant... More

We only had one night in Brussels and being a mussel lover we had to try mussels and frites. Le Zinneke was actually out second choice but it turned out to be a really good one. It is a bit out of the way, but the tram stops right at the restaurant. The restaurant itself is pretty old school but... More

I knew this place had a reputation for being a good restaurant but I never expected the mussles to be THAT good! The most delicious mussles and fries I have ever had. Definitely recommend. I had the moules mariniere and it was fantastic. They were very quick serving too and would always clear away the mussles shells at regular intervals... More

It is a charming little restaurant with an impressive variety of mussels sauces which are cooked to perfection. The menus are in the form of comic books. Comic strips adorn the walls. Its not in the city centre, its off the beaten track but if you are a mussels person, it is definitely worth the detour! English spoken could be... More

We had two huge servings of delicious mussels with French fries in a cosy atmosphere. It is a small restaurant, typical belgian specialised in preparing mussels in 100 different manners. Incredible. Considering the limited number of people the place can accommodate you have to book in advance.
