I loved this place. We went for 'one sour' and stayed for two hours, three rounds, a meat and cheese plate and an ace night. The staff are so so knowledgeable, particuarly the friendly French chap who talked us through the various lambics and processes for brewing different styles. We sat outside and the atmosphere was relaxed, authentic, and peaceful... More

After a ten hour flight, upon arriving in Brussels all I wanted was to grab a quick bite to eat and a beer. Moeder Lambic had a great selection of Belgian beers along with a carefully curated list of American craft beer.

A great place to find microbrewed beers. Modest prices and a wide variety of styles in a cool atmosphere.

I have been in both locations and I think none of them deserve to be in the Top 50 or Rate Beer. The employees are a bit rude and annoying, they don't let you take the time to decide. Beers on tap are listed in a small board that have to be shared by moving it through all the tables... More

Hi, we are sorry, we are not a rate beer bar, we do have some vintage and our staff know the difference between a double and a triple. We are closing on sunday at midnight and everyday we have a strong tap cleaning. We don't believe in styles, ibu and boxes for the beers but most customers just ask the... More

I've been here several times and I like a lot both of their locations. However, for one time visitors this one would be the more accessible venue. They have a great selection of beers, mostly by young breweries and the staff is appropriately knowledgeable. They seem to focus a bit more on the sour kinds of beers, goeuzes, lambics, krieks,... What a beautiful array of hard to find beers on draft! I consider Belgium the beer destination of the world so i was pretty excited to taste great beers from the source. We stopped by for a couple of beers late afternoon so it was quite empty The service was helpful and attentive. The beer menu was very informative. I'd... More

The beer menu is quite impressing but waiters can advise you beers upon your preferences. The menu is regularly updatd with new beers, so it worths going there a 2nd time. The atmosphere is very nice and the bar is not overcrowded so you can enjoy your beer quietly.

There is about 48 beers on tap and a lot of bottled ones to choose from, they will have something that fits your likings. Bartender and waitresses were very nice and helpful to help you choose a beer or two to try. It's a very clean restaurant/bar and not loud to sit after work to talk and enjoy their beer... More

It's a decent place to stop, relax with friends and have a beer or two. They always have a few interesting beers available, but if you're really into beer, I think you'll be disappointed. If you're a fan of beer, Beer Mania in Ixelles is the place to go.

Hi, we cannot please all our visitors but we agree if you are looking for industrial brands, beers with artificial flavors, from beer firmas and if you think that a lot of beers on shelves make a good selection, we are definitively not a good beer bar. The specialized beer site rate beer.com still consider our bar as one of... More

Definitely a must! Such a cool atmosphere. The cheese and meat platter was amazing! Great for two people, completely fill us up! Comes with bread. Want to eat it all over again. Staff were very helpful when it came to choosing beers.
