I went to this place because a lot of people recommended it but it was really disappointing. The food was not tasty and it was expensive considering the small quantities.
Nevertheless, I have to commend the nice staff and quick service.
The food is ok nothing extraordinary. We ordered the soup and the swordfish along with the mossels. It was ok but there's definitely better places in Brussels, not sure why this place is always so crowded, I would say it is just average place
Two stars for good past experiences. Ceviche was so bad it went straight to the trash. This is one of the best places for fish but today was a disappointment. Not just food but service too. Waiting for a table and then staff intervenes to...give the table to a group that arrived later without explanation. I hope this is just due to chef and manager being on holidays. Hopefully things will go back to normal but I will stay away for some timeMore
upside : great staff, fresh seafood (clams, razor clams, shrimps...), best fish meatballs, can have a glass of fresh white wine, can be used for a date
downside : no places to sit down, often a queue, difficult to find somewhere to eat
Amazing food, soup and oysters were amazing. We tired traditional soup with seasnails from Brussels and it was tasty but very hot! Ba careful :D Ousters are also fresh and big enough. also I would like to admit that stuff was extremely friendly.
Highly recommend...this place!More
