Visited with my wife on a saturday night. The restaurant was nicely layed out as may be expected in a upscale hotel. We were seated with a nice view over the water. Staff was very friendly. We choose the three course "surprise" menu. Fine appitizer, decent main and pleasant desserts. Nothing special but everything was pretty good. Considering the surroundings... More

Friendly people. The atmosphere is nice and modern. The food is very good. We had the surprise dinner which was actually very good. Nice presentation of the food. Every course was explained. Value for money was ok. I can also recommend this restaurant when not sleeping in the hotel.

This restaurant doubles up as the breakfast room in the morning, and has a rather gloomy, corporate feel about it. The room has large windows overlooking a canal, and in winter it was too cold. That said, the food is pretty good, if rather pricey, and the service, whilst rather slow, is pleasant enough. I'd just about recommend it for... More

Restaurant Pearl is located on the first floor Hilton The Hague. Elegant restaurant with beautiful interior. We were two couples with children and were seated in the hall in line with the entrance of the restaurants. The service was excellent from the very beginning and there was no trouble selecting food for the kids (with some minor changes and tomato... More

The restaurant is annexed to Hilton and it's lovely. Great service and very good food. The waiter proposed the surprise menu' but we preferred to order a single course, May be next time..

I ordered a salad that was advertised as grilled chicken, pecan and asperges salad. 16,50 euros for a small and tasteless salad with no sign of asparagus and chicken that was grilled a decade ago and found frozen in the tundra before The Pearl served it on my salad. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the extremely slow staff apologised and that... More

Wow, this was fantastic! Everything was great: the food of the three course menu, the professional and kind waitress, our pleasant table, and their very tastefull chardonnay of the house.

We chose the surprise 3 course menu and the accompanying drinks menu. We let our waitress know which foods we didn't like and then left it up to the chef to create a meal for us! We all had dishes that we would probably not have chosen, however it was a delicious treat!

Restaurant Pearl - Hilton The Hague's signature restaurant - is situated on the edge of Noordeinde Street in old city centre's Embassy Quarter, not far from the Dutch Parliament.

The restaurant's interior is inspired by Dutch artist Johannes Vermeer's painting 'Girl with a Pearl Earring', with colorful lighting effects, 17th century lace patterns and traditional Delft Blue tiles creating a chic, contemporary design.

Serving seasonal dishes cooked with locally-sourced ingredients in Executive Chef Edwin van den Heijkant's authentic French style, Restaurant Pearl is open all day to hotel residents and non-residents alike.

Diners can indulge with a hearty breakfast on early mornings, enjoy a two or three-course lunch, or savour an extensive dinner. There's a wide choice of old and new-world wines available, both by the glass and by the bottle, and Restaurant Pearl also features an attractive, sun-facing outdoor terrace which is available for al fresco drinks and dining.

Restaurant Pearl is located within easy reach of The Hague's many cultural and historic attractions, and is especially well-placed for guests who wish to combine a gallery visit with a relaxed lunch, or for shoppers wishing to enjoy a cup of coffee after or during a spot of retail therapy in the city's many boutique outlets.
