We had a terrible experience. The food was good, but quite expensive. The horror came with the way the guy from the place treat us as a costumers. The worst experience I ever had in a restaurant, very rude to us, without respect and education,...More

Small place. Very nice choices. We enjoyed our meal very much. We took a vegetarian plate which was very tasty. The baklava was also very good.

I am used to come to rainarai, it was the 6th time and i usually enjoy incredibly this place. The owner was here this time and it was a terrible moment. He was drinking wine during service, speaking very loud and annoying all guests, also...More

The food was very good, although pre-cooked and reheated, but the owner/chef was shockingly rude, numerous times, which he rationalized as his interesting/different personality. Ok food. However, make sure to ask in advance how much it costs. Otherwise you will get a very nasty suprise. An ordinary lunch for two ended up on 45 euros.

Too expensive for pre-cooked meal. With so many great options to eat in amsterdam, this was not a good choice.

Walked into the restaurant to check the menu, the owner took a plate out and asked if I wanted rice or couscous. A bit embarrassed to ask price (no signs of price anywhere), I went ahead with ordering. Food was decent (it was microwaved before...More

We stumbled by that place while walking through Amsterdam looking for a lunch spot. The set up outside looked so pretty and inviting with all the vegetables laid out and the owner invited us in. I still remember telling my friend "let's get something in...More

We came in the other day because of the cool vegetables installation outside but also because of the amazing smell. I tried a platter of all their fresh salad which I assume change daily and everything was absolutely delicious! Next time we will definitely come...More

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll

streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.
