I have found it quite hard to find traditional Dutch restaurants in Amsterdam so Moeders was a great way to try the local cuisine. Absolutely loved the pea soup. Tip: book well in advance for busy periods.

I came here by myself for some Dutch cuisine and ordered the hotchpotch. It was very yummy even though it was quite simple. The sauerkraut potato was absolutely divine!!! Service was perfect. I sat outside on the canal and it was a wonderful sunset evening.
Having already eaten kroketten and stroopwafels in Amsie, the next one of the list was the stamppot. Heard it could be very busy during dinner, so we went there before the dinner rush. The mash potatoes at Moeders didn’t disappoint us, a good family meal....More
Great casual restaurant with "home cooked" Dutch food. We enjoyed trying different dishes and the service was excellent.

It was great to finally enjoy some traditional food. Apparently we were lucky to get a table without a booking. Funny how the same thing seemed to happen to everyone who came in though. The food, drinks and service was great. Very good atmosphere.

We booked this restaurant in advance as we knew it would be busy. We wanted a Dutch meal and were not disappointed. The restaurant is only small and very quirky, probably not to everyone's taste but we loved it! Service and food was very good....More
Popped in for coffee and apletaart on our way back from dinner, we'd walked so far we got hungry on the way back to where we were staying, so glad we did. Absolutely delicious, I keep thinking about it and it was weeks ago now....More
