The restaurant is in center. The service with excellence and food was good. Loved that the tables we're far apart so you had some privacy. You can book online.

We had a lovely Thursday evening dinner at this store front restaurant in the southern canal area. The decor is nothing of note - but the service is first rate. And the food was the best of northern Italy. My only quibble is with the high prices for a store front setting. This is definitely not a budget choice.

Had an excellent meal at this charming little Italian restaurant on the Utrechtsestraat. We had the 5gang menu, and we not disappointed! The variety: from risotto, to shrimp, to goose, to cheese, and dessert, and much more, was all an adventure. And the service was charming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Look forward to the next visit.

We were in Amsterdam for a long weekend and Time Out recommended this restaurant. We had a great relaxed evening and the owner/staff provided a great informal service. The food was good - especially the pasta - with the chef putting his own interpretation on the dishes which delivered great flavours. Having said this, I did think that the meal was... More

We came upon this small, Italian restaurant, by accident. The quality of the home made breads, starters, quail and guinea fowl main courses, and melt-in-mouth chocolate pudding was a surprising delight. Amuse-bouche, and very good glasses of wine added to the experience. $129 was not cheap but you would not expect that for the quality.

Lovely restaurant, lovely staff and nice food, but way too pricey. Sea bass - my wife expected a whole fish but it was just a slice. My pheasant breast (cut up) was probably only half a breast. Wine was far too expensive for average wine.

A mix of innovation and strong Italian influence, Segugio offers surprises but also delicious courses. We had fish of the day which was delicious. It's not cheap but worth it.

Excellent fine dining experience. We went for my 50th birthday and had a table at the front over looking the Main Street. We had the wine matching menu and the chef's choice

It was our first night in Europe so we were jet-lagged and decided to eat early (6.30). For about an hour we were the only guests at Segugio so we got amazing attention from our very charming waiter, Yuri. The restaurant is in an old building, but with a spare white interior We split an appetizer (mozzarella & tomatoes) and... More

A small restaurant with an open kitchen. Menu is restricted, guaranteeing great Italian dishes, based on the best ingredients. We enjoyed a 3 course dinner, with excellent wine. Our host brought every dish to live with his enthusiasm and knowledge. Friendly staff and for sure a place to return to.
