Our manager at the Banks Mansion recommended this nearby restaurant for good, local food. I was adventuresome and chose the Chef's surprise three course dinner with wine pairings. The starter was a wonderful shredded mackerel salad with greens. The main course was beautifully cooked salmon...More

Delicious food, and not too pricey for a nice restaurant in an attractive location. Convenient to our hotel and museums.

I have been eating here for years. Big restaurant, lots of locals, great service and the food is very competent. Big enough for large parties but fine for a more cosy evening.

Situated on a great buzzy street, Sluizer is comfortably casual , the martini was excellent, great gin. The food was five star and nicely presented. Marco, the owner, was engaging and his staff very attentive but not too much. Highly recommend this restaurant

Great option if you want a fancy meal. It is nicely decorated and the servers are really polite. It is a bit overpriced but the food is amazing. Try the trout.

Everything we tasted was creatively conceived and executed with skill and finesse. We loved that the ambiance was very comfortable without pretentiousness given the superb quality of the cuisine. The cost is not cheap but it's worth it.

This place is centrally located. Nice ambience, food does not live up to expectation and in my opinion not worth the price you pay. Friendly staff though which is why we rate it as Average instead for Poor. Perhaps better to visit for drinks instead...More
