A classic Tepanyaki with some innovation. Quality is awesome and the professionals are outstanding we choose the classic menu and it is enough! Well balanced and with the chance to taste everything. Not cheap but well deserve a visit.

Absolutely the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have enjoyed over 30+ Michelin Star restaurants around the world and this is the best. Our server Linda was incredibly attentive and the chef Chisa was outstanding. Please try if you ever have the opportunity.

A magnificent teppanyaki experience. We arrived early and, sitting alone at the hot plate, we could enjoy the last preparations for dinner service. Later we were joined by other guests. We had the "Classic menu", prepared in front of us by a friendly chef with...More

Undoubtedly the best japanese food i've eaten in the Netherlands. Wagyu beef is absolutely amazing. And leave some space in your stomach for an ice cream.

Had a dinner meeting at this Teppanyaki in the Amsterdam Okura hotel. Pricy, but everything was done to perfection. The food was tasty, exactly enough not too much. Service impeccable. Definitely should try this one.

The Teppan-chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes on a hot iron griddle at your table: a la minute cooking with Japanese precision. The contemporary Japanese interior, inspired by the elements of stone, wood, water and fire, is an oasis of tranquillity. The teppanyaki griddles are large enough for seven to ten guests and are ideal for both business and celebratory dinners. Sazanka is open for dinner from 18:30 to 22:00 daily. Lunch can be prepared for a minimum group size of 10 people and must be booked in advance.
