Best meal in our 4 days in Amsterdam Absolutely delicious sweet and sour chicken. No sweet gloopy sauce. Beautifully finished and presented and really tasty and delicious. Sat upstairs which was worth the climb. Went early 6 ish when it was empty but it looked buzzing and pretty full downstairs by the time we left. Absolutely recommendable. Friendly young waitress... Food was fresh and really tasty, good portion sizes and lots of nice veg in the dishes. Good service and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely reserve a table, we were a group of 4 and only managed to get a table by chance as a family were leaving and offered us their table. Other customers were being turned away at the... More

We dropped in to eat here on a whim and were rewarded with some excellent food. The staff were great and we just loved the bright, clean, modern but intimate interior. They have a small menu, but can see that each dish is made and presented with love. Food and drink presentation was great. I would recommend you go there.... More

It was a cool dark night in March and I felt a little like Ishmael in the opening pages of Moby Dick-in search of a warm retreat! Within blocks of my hotel, I found this place, and reading the menu outside, I knew I had to go in. It was a Tibetian themed restaurant consisting of three levels in a... More

Tucked away in a charming little street near the canals this restaurant delivered good food at a good price with fast, friendly service and in a good location - walkable to the main city but far enough away to be quiet and charming. Great staff and good food for a vegetarian and a meat eater dining together.

Nice place, good food to share. Relaxed atmosphere. Relatively cheap, same price on all meals. We enjoyed it

This restaurant sits behind the floating flower market on Reguliersdwardsstraat 23, round the corner from NH Carlton hotel. It looks small from outside but there is further seating upstairs. If you think it's no good because no one is in then think again. This is a lovely intimate restaurant with great, polite and friendly staff. The food is amazing and... More

Chose to here as looked for a venue that could serve Vegan food. Although not the selection I hoped for I did have a pleasant meal that tasted great and they understood my requirements. Would visit again.

Went here on a Friday night. The selection is wide enough and at a reasonable price for a major city. When we were there (7:30pm) the ambience wasn't that great...they served us our prosecco in red wine glasses, which although not major, isn't that great. Food was tasty. Would recommend for a causal place to eat near the centre.

Great ambience, unfailingly helpful staff. Fantastic food. Beef dumplings and chicken curry real highlights. Expertly mixed gin and tonics.
