Actually left as waittress was obnoxious and rude yesterday morning. Service matters ...this is a shame as place looked cute but I will only go where service is valued

We had a breakfast with the family. Service was very kind and fast even if the waiter was alone with someone in the kitchen. Overall quite good. Unfortunately, the eggs where slightly over cooked and not soft anymore. Salmon in the Manhattan was good. Nice hot chocoloate. Very nice atmosphere and environment. Quite for Amsterdam which is an extra +.

We found this by accident, and it was great. A great menu using high quality products. The stuff is totally nice and everything we ordered was just perfect. On a rainy day or a cloudy morning this is just where you should go in Amsterdam !

After been seated we ordered to different dishes. After a long waiting time the food arrived, but it was so bored and very small amounts of food. My wife has been eaten at LPQ in other European countries, but she has never been so diapointed as today.

A good place for light lunches. Not a lot of choice in this one but near our hotel and we have often eaten in other branches of this chain.

Description
Our bread is made today exactly as it was in the beginning: with only organic stone-ground flour, salt, and water, kneaded and shaped by hand and baked in a hearth under the watchful eye of artisan bakers. We insist on the freshest and finest ingredients. If we can't find them, we make them ourselves. Our shelves are lined with the products we've created: the jams and chocolate spreads on the communal table, the granola in your parfait, the coffee that fills your bowl.

Neighbourhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
