This is one of our fave spots in Amsterdam. Been coming here nearly 18 years. One other time within past year I had “tummy trouble “ after my visit. It was in summer and I recall thinking maybe they left mayonnaise out too long and...More

Really liked it. The food was delicious, the portions large, the service quick. There was room for 6 people. Crab salad and lemonade with mint were great

I try to stop here and sit for a bite every time I’m in Amsterdam. This place is so cool, the food is wonderful, staff is so friendly, location a few minutes walk from Central station

Arrived in Amsterdam and stopped here for coffee on our way to our accommodation. Good food and great people, looked after us very well. Our ‘go to’ place for the next three days

This cafe has an almost-hidden set of stairs to a take-away sandwich counter. A hearty sandwich is only about 5 Euros, they have many choices but the chicken ciabatta with bacon and avocado is smashingly good. Fresh, big portion, delicious. Yum!

Perfect place for a lovely lunch! Average prices for the city, 15-20€ per person one course and beverages. Lovely location, multi floor structure. Go upstairs and sit in front of the window to have a meal watching the canals!

Brasserie Baton located at the bottom end of Herengracht (closer end towards the Central Station) is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon watching Amsterdam walk past you. Get a table on the 2nd floor next to the window over looking the canal and park...More
